Loyal Nine Activist's House Raided
This evening, Suffolk County police raided the home of a Loyal Nine activist. Everything pertaining to anything electronic was taken including his computer, web cam, printer, video camera, digital camera, photographs, tapes, CD's/DVD's, all electronic cables and more. Along with that is the loss of all the information stored in those mediums. Stored on the computer were not only all the photographs from past protests and the posters to advertise for upcoming protests, but also the layout and near final version of the Loyal Nine's official website. The website listed contact information, how to start up your own Loyal Nine chapter and information on the weeks of protest that will ensue in September called Fall to Freedom, presented by the Loyal Nine. This upcoming period of action includes protests and benefit shows in Huntington, NY; Purchase, NY; Albany, NY; NYC and Boston, MA. The Loyal Nine has obviously struck a nerve with the government by moving so quickly and productively. Starting out only a month ago as a small group out of the suburbs, the Loyal Nine now has chapters springing up all over the East coast with many more on their way to being created. Now more than ever, we need to show our gov't that we arent afraid and that we will not back down until this gross violation of our rights has ended. To everyone that loves America or at least its ideals, join us at Fall to Freedom and see what your government doesnt want you to. The list of events is as follows: Fall to Freedom Sept 19th 6pm Loyal Nine benefit show at the Congregational Church of Huntington 30 Washington Dr. Centerport, NY Sept 20th 1pm NYC Protest against the USA PATRIOT Act Sept 20th 7pm Albany, NY Protest against the USA PATRIOT Act Sept 25th Purchase, NY Protest against the USA PATRIOT Act Sept 26th Huntington, NY Protest/ Street Party against the USA PATRIOT Act (Corner of Route 110 and 25A) More events and information to be posted soon.
