How the FBI and corporations take your rights and make billions doing so
Ever wonder how the FBI monitors an Activists telephone or email?
Well The Loyal Nine is going to blow the lid off that for you. Basically federal agents have a tool called DCS-3000. I know it sounds like some kind of power engine but its not. Its a windows based application that any agent can install on their workstation or laptop. It gives them the instant ability to wiretap any phone, email, text message account, Instant messenger account, VOIP account... basically anything you can think of, in less then 3 clicks of a mouse.
The biggest joke out of all of this is that the phone/internet companies allow the government to do this, not because they are required but because the government pays these companies an average of $1,775 per month per tap (U.S. Department of Justice OIG Audit Report 06-13 March 2006). Think about the millions of americans who have been subject to the NSA Wiretapping program and now think about the billions of tax dollars given to companies like AT&T and Verizon.
The power of DCS-3000 becomes even scarier with the knowledge that federal authorities can use any phone, landline or cell, as a listening device even if that phone is not in use.
For example, if your cellphone is powered off and just in your pocket federal agents can still listen to the conversations around the area of the phone in up to a 30 foot radius. The only way to protect yourself is to take out the batteries.
Basically I pay Cingular $70 a month for phone service and the government pays $1,775 a month to listen in. It's a good deal for the corporations and therein is the problem. With each tear to the Bill of Rights someone is making a buck, and it will just get worse.
To add to all this, the Real ID Act is coming in less than a year, if you don't know about this then learn about it.
Keep checking out www.loyalnine.com for future updates. There will be some good ones soon.

Surveillance with no regard to the damage
There's a few things that the general public doesn't realize.
Did you know that by US law computer companies cannot secure a computer so tightly that the government can't access it. Yes, just like the laws which require a telephone to be tappable, the same law requires computers to be tappable.
I imagine that is how the spyware/antispyware folks stay in business - because one hacker may find out the current back door and exploit it, which creates the AVAS industry. AND The ridiculous Anti Spyware Coalition - which tells the two sides of the business how to conduct themselves with the other. They've got documents on their web site which revealed how they 'handled' me.
Do you know that your cell phone doesn't even have to be in use to be tapped. They can simply activate the microphone and listen in to wherever the phone is. Cell phones also must be tappable, BUT it would seem that if you do not answer their phone call (usually from a strange number) they can't get the program on your equipment. But they also know that you can't resist strange numbers forever.
AND LASTLY, those same tools are available to the general public. WebWacther from AwarenessTech and FlexiSpy canprovide you with similar powers. BUT your poweres would be just as illegal as the govt.... but only if you get caught.
And if you do get caught, heck, call in a false report about your tech-savy target to the feds and they'll cover your tracks...
TODAY IS THE ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THE ILLEGAL INTRUSION INTO MY LIFE..
These Rights Violations...
Now is the time for everyone to stop using your real names online, get a PO Box in a fake name & dummy physical address, get your driver's liscense sent to the PO Box's physical address, obtain cellphones from companies not requiring any info (like Cricket) & close your bank account.
